We understand that for many artists, it is important to have control over which clients purchase their songs, and they may be hesitant if their work is acquired by a client whose reputation as a high-quality producer is unknown.
To address this concern, we have implemented a visibility system that comprises of Professional and Public tiers. This system allows artists to have some control as to which tier of producers can access their songs.

The Standard Tier allows the vocalist to make their song available to any client or producer including hobbyists, who may view and purchase it. This is the preferred option for those whose primary objective is to generate income. (Tip: An artist may opt to use an alias when releasing public vocals to avoid affecting their primary brand).

The PRO Tier is designed for those who wish to make their work visible to clients categorised as Professional producers. We understand that great upcoming producers may not yet have a significant Spotify play count or social media following, and we have thus avoided making these metrics the sole determinants of Pro status. (Consider in the same way that an artist's vocal quality and songwriting skills may not be reflected by their current stream numbers and this would be an unfair way to judge them).

Therefore, in determining which clients are Professionals, we take into consideration a combination of the following factors:

- Production quality
- Official Spotify Score
- Historical performance
- Chances of making it onto playlists
- Future potential and growth
- Social media engagement  
- Label history & relationships
